Kara Sammons is the Associate Director of Pharmacy Compliance at Rx To Go Pharmacy, the in-house pharmacy at Florida Cancer Specialists.  Kara’s primary responsibility is to provide leadership to the Pharmacy Staff, including improvement of operational and developmental Standard Operating Procedures and Accreditation Documentation. Kara joined the Rx To Go pharmacy team in 2013 and has been a Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technician for 11 years.  Prior to entering the pharmacy industry, Kara planned events in the Central Florida Region at an Association Management Firm.  She is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a non-clinical Master of Science in Pharmacy with a focus on Pharmaceutical Regulation.
