William R Mitchell, MD is the Owner and Physician of the private oncology practice, Southern Oncology Specialists, PLLC. His current practice is his second private practice that he has built in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
His current Practice was created in 2010 and has grown to now include four physicians, physician assistant, URAC certified pharmacy with pharmacist, High Complex CLIA certified laboratory, Flow cytometry, and radiology with two Ct scanners, and four medical offices.
William Mitchell has been in the private sector since 1995 and remains one of the two remaining private practices of Oncology in the Charlotte, NC area. He remains committed to preserving the private sector for patient care.
When he is not in the office, he is a new grandfather, and an avid concert goer. He is married for 29 years, with two sons.
