Paul Forsberg, PharmD, BCOP, MHA is the Director of Pharmacy and Admixture Services at Minnesota Oncology. Paul Forsberg received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Montana. Prior to joining Minnesota Oncology, Paul was the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at St. John’s Hospital, MN overseeing inpatient and outpatient clinical services. In 2019 Paul received his Master’s in Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. Paul Forsberg is the current Vice President and founding board member of the Upper Midwest Oncology Education Network.
