Tara is an assistant professor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Pharmacy at the Bradenton, FL campus. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island. Tara completed her PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and a PGY2 pediatric pharmacy residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. She has practiced as a pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT clinical pharmacy specialist for 11 years.
