Natasha Khrystolubova is a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist with 24 years of work experience in different pharmacy settings. Natasha started her pharmacists career in the hospital setting, then spent seven years in home infusion. In 2011 she took a job as a staff pharmacist with Florida Cancer Specialists, RXTOGO Oral Oncology Specialty Pharmacy, and committed to expanding her Oncology knowledge with a Board Certification and later with the Graduate Certification in Precision Medicine from the University of Florida. Natasha started developing the Adherence Program in RXTOGO pharmacy in 2013, focusing on keeping patients compliant with their therapies as long as possible. This critical goal was only achievable through extensive education of clinical staff pharmacists around these complex medications and expanding their knowledge of supportive care for the drugs' side effects, creating interventions, and collaborating with prescribers and nurses.
