Taylor Weis is a currently Leukemia Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and provides clinical services in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She is originally from Concord, North Carolina and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2017 from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy at Chapel Hill. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2018. and subsequently completed a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at Michigan Medicine in 2019. Her clinical interests include preceptorship and multicenter research in acute and chronic leukemias.
