Stephen Farley, PharmD, BCOP is currently the Hematology/Oncology Coordinator for the Northeast Region of Geisinger Cancer Institute. He received his PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2016 and completed a PGY-1 Residency at NYU-Winthrop Hospital and PGY-2 Residency at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. His professional interests include HSCT, pharmacogenomics in cancer care, and supportive care. Outside of pharmacy Stephen loves spending time with his family, being an avid outdoorsman, painting, and making really good coffee.
