Dr. Jasmine V. Patel, PharmD, BCOP is a clinical pharmacy specialist in hematology/oncology at Boston Medical Center. She presently works in the ambulatory clinic managing all patients on an oral oncolytic therapy. She has received a quality improvement grant for breast cancer to improve adherence and management of patients on oral oncolytic therapy, an educational grant in NSCLC focusing on the importance of biomarker driven therapy, and an educational grant in prostate cancer highlighting cardiac considerations for patients of color. Additionally, she lectures for the Boston University Medical School in hematology and oncology pharmacology. Her current practice interests include health disparities in vulnerable patient populations, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and renal cell carcinoma.
