Donnell Hale has been an oncology nurse for almost 26 years working in both in-patient and out-patient settings. For the past 15 years, she has worked for Texas Oncology. However, after spending over 5 years as the Nurse Manager, she realized that direct patient care and education was where her heart was. She now finds fulfillment at the chairside as an infusion room RN. Donnell believes in NCODA's message and this is her third time participating on a panel.
