Jen Hasiak has been the pharmacist in charge within the MID at Hematology & Oncology Consultants P.C. in Omaha, NE for 6 years. She is a graduate of Creighton University. Jen has been a member of NCODA since 2016 and currently participates in the PQI review committee, In her spare time she loves to attend Barre class, play with her Yorkies, Mya & Murphy, and spend time with her boyfriend, Josh.
