Speaker Bio
Dr. Finn Peterson is the program director at both the LDS Hospital Blood and Marrow Transplant Program and the Intermountain Center for Hematologic Malignancies. He works as both a leading clinician and an administrative organizer, shaping the way multiple myeloma is treated in the Northwest.

Dr. Peterson received his MD from the University of Copenhagen Medical School in Denmark and completed a postgraduate fellowship in medical oncology at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. In 40 years of caring for patients with hematologic cancers, Dr. Peterson has published over 100 articles and manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals including Blood and the Journal of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Peterson is one of the most experienced physicians focusing on myeloma and other hematologic cancers in the region, and a respected leader and administrator.
