Kristy Biswas is the Vice President of Clinical Services for Urology Management Associates/New Jersey Urology, the largest Urology group in the country. In this role, she manages various aspects of clinical services across the organization including oversight of regulatory and clinical compliance, accreditation, Advanced Therapeutics for cancer care, the medically integrated dispensary and pathology & clinical laboratory services. Kristy has over 16 years of Urology experience with the last ten being in an executive role. She has helped to develop advanced prostate cancer programs, medically integrated dispensaries, men’s and women’s health programs and has opened and maintained over 10 accredited office-based procedure suites.
Kristy helped lead the CMS programs at NJU including OCM and MACRA/MIPS. To that end, she has expanded the navigation services offered to their oncology patients and has worked to expand such offerings with additional payers as well. Kristy has previously held such roles as Director of Nursing, Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Compliance officer and obtained her Master of Arts from Teacher’s College, Columbia University as a Health Care Executive and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.
