Latha Radhakrishnan, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP, is a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at the University of Illinois Cancer Center in Chicago. Her areas of interest include supportive care management, oral oncolytic administration, and patient education. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Experiential Education in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Radhakrishnan is an active member of regional, national, and international pharmacy organizations and has held leadership positions in many, including her past position as International President for Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity Inc. She is also active in several community-service organizations. Dr. Radhakrishnan is an experienced speaker and has been invited to present both nationally and internationally. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Annals of Pharmacotherapy and Investigational New Drugs,

Dr. Radhakrishnan received her bachelors degree from Illinois State University and her doctor of pharmacy from the UIC College of Pharmacy.
