Stacy D Keppler, BS Pharm, Pharm D, BCPS, manages The Patient Rx Center IOD at Hematology Oncology Associates in Syracuse New York. Stacy received her Bachelor of Science from Albany College of Pharmacy and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. Stacy’s pharmacy experience includes hospital, community, managed care and pharmaceutical medical affairs. Stacy and her team at The Patient Rx Center are involved in fostering quality patient care through the initiation, education, and medication management of oral Oncolytics and supportive therapies. She joined HOACNY in May of 2018 but had already collaborated with many of their providers throughout her 17 years of service as a clinical staff pharmacist at St Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
