Dr. Emanuelson graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine in 1980. He trained further at West Virginia University Medical Center for Internal Medicine Residency from 1980-83 and then for Hematology Oncology Fellowship 1983-1986. Following training he entered clinical practice in Hematology Oncology in the Scranton Pa Area in 1986. He most recently was a practicing physician with Hematology Oncology Associates of Northeast Pa until his retirement from clinical practice in 2015. Since that time he has served an administrative position, Medical Director, for that group through the present.
