Dr Klaus received his pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and   PGY1/2 pharmacotherapy residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist and registered pharmacist. He is also adjunct faculty, Department of Pharmacy Practice at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association, and the Society of Infectious Disease Pharmacists.
