By Registering for the NCODA 2020 Spring Forum, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
General
By accepting these Terms and Conditions below, you authorize the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association, Inc. to contact you or your designated representative regarding the status of your registration and/or relevant event information.
 
Cancellations
If you register for the NCODA 2020 Spring Forum, and need to cancel your attendance, please notify Catherine Cook at catherine.cook@thejuicestudios.com. NCODA does not charge cancellation fees. However, if you are a NCODA memeber and NCODA booked your flight arrangements, you will be responsible for covering the cancellation fees associated with the airlines. You will be automatically charged for any cancelled airfare. All corporate partners and sponsors are responsible for paying their own travel and lodging arrangements.
 
Data Protection
NCODA does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. By registering for the NCODA 2020 Spring Forum, you give NCODA permission to contact you regarding your attendance at the event. The contact information supplied during registration will only be used by NCODA to send you relevant event related information. The information you provide during registration will be retained for a year, after the last day of the event. Information you provide during registration will be shared with NCODA's sponsors who are not authorized to disclose this information to third parties. NCODA will share with such sponsors your first and last name, title, company, physical address, phone numbers, and email address provided to NCODA as required registration information. Sponsors may market to you regarding their services and products.
 
Privacy
The National Community Oncology Dispensing Association, Inc. is attached to these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal information under that Privacy Statement.
