Wednesday, March 15

Exhibit Hall Set-up: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

The NCODA 2023 Spring Forum Exhibit Hall will be located in JW Grand Ballroom with sponsor booths, beverages and food buffets throughout the meeting. NCODA will provide one 6' skirted banquet table with two chairs for your display (unless previously arranged).

We ask that all packages arrive no earlier than Friday, March 10 and no later than Tuesday, March 14.

Friday, March 17

Exhibit Hall Tear Down: 12:15pm - 2:30pm 

All exhibits must be packed up by 2:30pm. You are responsible for coordinating all outbound shipping of booth materials. You must take any items you need shipped to the FedEx office onsite.
