The NCODA 2021 Fall Summit Exhibit Hall will be located in Paradise Ballroom with sponsor booths, beverages and food buffets throughout the meeting. NCODA will provide one 6' skirted banquet table with two chairs for your display (unless previously arranged).

Inbound Shipping Instructions: 

Due to storage limitations, please see attached price sheet from the hotel outlining receiving and handling fees for all packages.

When addressing the packages going to the hotel, please use the individual guest name that will be on-site to sign for the packages as noted below:

Outbound Shipping Instructions: 

Tear-down is at your discretion on October 22nd and must be complete by 1:00 PM.

At the conclusion of the program, vendors will be responsible for packaging up their own boxes and must have pre-printed shipping labels.  All vendors must provide either a room number to put the handling charges on or a separate method of payment to charge before the JW Marriott team will ship out your packages.  Vendors will coordinate with hotel banquet staff for pick-up of the packaged and pre-addressed outgoing shipments.
